Sendo um fan do Portal, o quebra-cabeças FPS da Valve, achei muito interessante esta modificação de uma caixa para PC, reproduzindo o famoso Weighted Companion Cube, existindo mesmo um peluche deste à venda pelo Steam. A caixa tem apenas 20cm de comprimento/largura!

Like many others, I am a huge fan of the Portal game – so this would be my tribute to one of the coolest games of 2007. So I set off to build a replica of the Companion cube for a VIA Epia EX1500G. The case itself would be very small—only 20cm cubed—which I thought would be a nice size for a web surfing and MP3 setup.

As you can see, the outside of the cube was pretty much complete, so it was time to get working on the insides. Since the cube is very small, I had to make the best of it – so a two layer setup was the way to go.

Bom, o resultado final já o conhecem, e incluí apenas algumas fotos. A construção da caixa levou menos de 1 semana.
