You’ll need the Bible! No..not the (fake) One, the LAN Party organizer’s Bible! Joao Rico found an article on SmallNetBuilder’s blog about how to organize a LAN. They cover many topics such as choosing the location, the equipment, cabling and power, and other issues like topology and monitoring. Unfortunately they don’t show how to get money to pay the expenses.

Unfortunately, they don’t organize their links conveniently (at least i didn’t find it), so i’m sorry i copy pasted your link structure, Rico! Good job.
Even if you’re not organizing anything, it’s a good read with lots of information that may come in handy in the future.
